Most orders will be filled within one to two business days after receiving payment.
Preferred payment methods are PayPal or Google Checkout.
Items will ship via USPS First Class mail, Parcel post or USPS Priority Mail.
Fragile and valuable items will be insured at no extra charge to the customer. Books will ship via USPS Media Mail.
* All Unused, Unopened or Defective items are returnable if we are notified within 7 days after receiving the item.
* All returned products will be inspected (including item serial number) before any refund is issued & all accessories should be included.
* Item's must be returned as originally packaged.
* Shipping fees are not refundable unless there are extenuating circumstances.
* We reserve the right to refuse any return or charge a restocking fee for non-conforming returns.
* In the event your purchase order initially shipped with Free Shipping, our shipping and handling costs will be deducted from the refund.
